Best Outer Banks Vacation Rental Company

My family had a lovely time staying at the Tin Cup Palace. We enjoyed gathering in the family room upstairs and hanging out in the billiards area downstairs. We made use of the pool several times and our dogs really appreciated the fully fenced backyard. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice. The downtown area of Duck is a short, pleasant walk away as is the beach access on Plover. My mother-in-law recently injured her leg and rented a golf cart to get around, which was perfect for her. This home was a wonderful last minute retreat for our family of five. The pool and location to beach were ideal for small kids. The kitchen was very well stocked (FYI there is a Keurig - we came prepared for coffeemaker) which worked very well for our family because we do all of our cooking at home due to a family allergy. The house’s location to the boardwalk is unbeatable too. I also was extremely impressed with Shoreline’s approach to customer service. They have very clear contacts for any question that could arise during your stay. They are very prompt in responding. We rent in the area multiple times a year and this was our first experience with this rental group - would not hesitate to use again or recommend them! (DUCK-17 7/04/2023)

This house is in the perfect location, just across the street from the beach and within a minute or two to the lighthouse, park and restaurants, as well as the 4x4. The hot tub was a bonus and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. The house was very clean. We will be back. (OH-8 3/22/2023)

Everything was so easy — choosing the gear before our stay, delivery was on time and placed neatly in an obvious place on our property. Pick up was super easy too — just left everything out. We stayed at Pressure Drop for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! There was adequate space for all of us to enjoy our time together yet have time to ourselves. The pool was AMAZING!!! Upon entering the house, I knew we were in the right place. The entry level room has a full-size fridge, hangout space, and is perfect for the kids to have their own vacation space. The house is clean and fresh, not something you always find in beach rentals. The deck space was exactly what we needed after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the walk is simple and easy for all ages. We can’t wait to book our next week at Pressure Drop! (OSA-6 4/22/2023)

The property was perfect for our family of 10, ages 5 to 66. Clean and well equipped home. Communications from the property manager were helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Hike to and from the beach with our gear was a little bit of a workout due to many steps over the dunes, but well worth it. Highly recommended. (OSO-7 7/18/2023)

Absolutely amazing house, it was stocked with every possible kitchen item you need. The pool and hot tub were cleaned before and in between our visit and they were perfect. The house was very clean and neatly organized. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and very convenient. (OSO-8 6/17/2023)

Great vacation home for a family or large group. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. Spacious decks with outdoor seating. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Beautiful neighborhood and private lot. Short walk to the beach. Great WiFi connection and TVs in every room. We prepared some amazing meals in the kitchen and on the Weber grill. We had a great week. The house was clean and well stocked and the management company was very responsive! We received detailed instructions before we got there and if there were any problems how and whom to reach out to. Loved that it was pet friendly and did not smell/look like pets were there!!
