The home and experience gets 5 stars. The rental company shines above others!! What a wonderful visit we had!! The place was sparkling clean, no exaggeration. We had plenty of towels and beach towels, too. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and nicely warmed for our spring break. The pool had inflatables for adults and kiddos. The kitchen was stocked well-best of any vacation home rented over 4 decades. The porches and pool area had ample seating. And, although this point may not be important to all, there were plenty of throws around so we could snuggle where we sat, making for incredible family movie nights.Awesome place. Awe-mazing stay! This is our 7th time staying at this house and it did not disappoint! The new owners have made some great enhancements to the house that we absolutely loved. There are thoughtful touches like charging stations for phones and electronics in all the bedrooms and a beach storage room that was full of things like beach toys and chairs. While the pool was closed, the hot tub was great. A new feature was the game room which was great with a pool table but also had a top for it to play ping pong. This was our first time coming in the winter and we loved being able to use the fireplace. Overall, Magic Hour exceeded all our expectations. The views, comfort, and thoughtful extras made this one of our best OBX vacations ever. We can’t wait to come back! (OH-19, 1/2/26)

Amazing home/vacation. As a family of 10 visiting, we had an incredible time. The home was beautifully laid out, we were all comfortable and had plenty of space to be together or have alone time. This was my first time renting from Shoreline Vacation Rentals and I was so pleased with my experience! We had an amazing week staying in a stunning contemporary beach vibe home in Corolla. The chefs kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook for seafood boils down to grilling out poolside. We rented bikes from VayKLife for our weekly stay at OBX. The online booking was easy and prices were comparable. The bikes were delivered before we arrived on Saturday and they were in good shape, tires filled properly. They were a perfect addition to our vacation. (OSA-2, 6/21/25)
