Our NRPO Maintenance Program offers homeowners peace of mind regarding maintenance at their vacation home.
Includes:
Monthly inspections of the property to check the home and ensure security
Monthly filter changes
KABA Keyless Entry lock (owned by Shoreline OBX) yearly fee FREE ($420 value)
Scheduling any specific maintenance for the owner with outside vendors (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pool/hot tub cleaning, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
Free first hour of labor for any general maintenance call (minor plumbing, electric, appliance, screen repair, etc.)
Changing light bulbs as needed
Smoke detector maintenance annually

Storm preparation
Spring Deep Clean (can be done any time of year as often as requested)
Pressure washing exterior and decks
Cleaning before and/or after owners’ use
Outside winterization in late Fall and de-winterization in early Spring: ($200 each)
