It’s time for the 50 and Up Crowd of Dare County to get together for food, fellowship, and dancing on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 7-10 p.m. at the Dare County Center, 950 Marshall Collins Drive, Manteo, NC! The Outer Banks Parenting Expo will be held February 25, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Outer Banks Family YMCA, 3000 South Croatan Hwy., Nags Head, NC. An educational and informative event with local professionals providing materials and resources regarding adult and child health and wellness, financial and estate planning, social and educational programs and more! Child Watch provided by the YMCA will be available 1-3 p.m. on a first come basis. Car seat checks provided by the Nags Head Fire Department will be ongoing in the parking lot.
