The Outer Banks Home Builders Association recently announced the return of the ever popular 22nd Annual Outer Banks Parade of Homes. This year the event will take place from October 9 through 12. Come out and tour a select group of newly constructed, gorgeous coastal homes up and down the Outer Banks.
This year’s parade includes 20 homes located from Corolla’s Villages at Ocean Hill on the north beach all the way south to Avon on Hatteras Island. Included in this year’s OB Parade of Homes is Deja View, an Ocean Lakes, three level home in Corolla, NC. This gorgeous oceanside home was built by Shoreline Builders. You can purchase your $10 ticket at the first house you visit. You may also purchase tickets at the following pre-parade ticket vendors: Cozy Kitchens Group, Daniels Homeport, Griggs Lumber, Kellogg Supply, Outer Banks Association of Realtors, Outer Banks Home Builders Association, Resort Realty, SAGA Construction and The Cottage Shop.
Participating builder association members, their staff and vendors will be in the homes until 6 p.m. each day except on Sunday, when the 2014 parade wraps up at 3 p.m. Your ticket is valid for all four days of the event and ticket proceeds will go to support the Outer Banks Food Pantry and other local charities.
