Ideal for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach, guests will enjoy floating in the private pool, which can be heated for a $350 fee, partaking in water sports from your private pier, soaking in the hot tub, sharing meals in the gourmet, top-of-the-line kitchen, or riding the elevator down to the rec room for a game of billiards!
Located in the coastal waters of one of the newest communities in Corolla, Corolla Bay, vacationers can enjoy sidewalk-lined streets perfect for biking and walking, convenient beach parking, easy walking access to the beach, and Corolla Village, as well as a community Soundside Pier. This neighborhood is perfect for those who love or have wanted to try kayaking or paddleboarding! Experience what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer! Corolla Bay is conveniently located and just a short walk to Whalehead Beach, but it also provides free oceanside parking less than 150 feet from the beach!
Top Level: You will take in the glorious sunsets on the top level! The great room offers comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, with an adjacent dining area large enough for everyone! The cooks in the family will appreciate the upscale gourmet kitchen, with the high-end appliances (including a Keurig coffee maker) and a large island to ensure that every meal will be prepared to its finest! All meals, coffee, and cocktails can be enjoyed while overlooking the pool and enjoying the stunning views from the spacious screened-in porch! A king master retreat with a beautiful shower and a deck that leads to the screened-in porch! There is also a powder room on this level.
Middle Level: Four more Master Bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including three kings, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a beautiful foyer.
Bottom Level: This is where you will find the game room and pool table. There is a TV, a kitchenette, and four barstools! The laundry room is also on this level, and the 6th bedroom has a queen and a full bathroom. A sliding door leads out to the beautiful pool oasis, where you will find the hot tub!! The private pier is perfect for enjoying sunsets, launching kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, fishing, and crabbing. Please note that motorized watercraft and travel trailers are not permitted.
There are TVs in all the bedrooms, the great room, and the game room, and high-speed internet is available throughout! There are also two coffeemakers, one with a Keurig on one side and a hot water dispenser on the other!

∙ Bed linens and 14 bath towel sets are provided unless otherwise stated in the lease.
∙ ECI (Early Check-in) 1:00 p.m. Call for availability and pricing. Renters will have access to the bottom level and pool area only. Once thoroughly cleaned, you can occupy the rest of the home.

∙ RVs, trailers, and U-hauls are prohibited.

∙ Electric Vehicles Hook-up Charge: $75.00 for each electric vehicle.
∙ Family groups only! Family groups are parents, siblings, aunts/uncles, grandparents, cousins, and friends.
∙ Absolutely no non-family groups allowed. Non-family groups are college kids, high school kids, and civic groups.
∙ You must be 25 years old or older to rent a home.
Internet:
All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi; however, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always function, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
