This home is in a friendly, quiet community, perfect for a family getaway. There is a community pool, playground, volleyball, and basketball court. Experience what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer! There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment.
Top-level: This level provides a living room with a balcony to spend time with the family playing games or watching movies. The full-size kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances.
Middle level: The King master bedroom with a private bathroom is on this floor and includes a private balcony. In addition, there is also a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a shared bathroom.
Bottom Level: This level has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle and a shared bathroom. An air hockey/pool table makes this the perfect hang-out area for the kids.
Internet:
The home has ultra-high-speed internet, perfect for video calls or streaming! All six TVs are equipped with Amazon FireSticks, which include subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Guests may also log in to their own Netflix or other streaming services on the FireSticks. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

∙ Bed linens and bath towel sets are provided unless stated in the lease.
∙ ECI (Early Check-in) 1:00 p.m. Call for availability and pricing. Renters will have access to the bottom level and pool area only. Once thoroughly cleaned, you can occupy the rest of the home.

∙ Approximately a 1 min drive to the parking area on Herring St. Then 900 ft. to the beach access.
