About the Duck Boardwalk & Duck Town Park
The Duck Boardwalk, also known as the Soundside Boardwalk, is nearly a mile long and perfect for families and individuals alike to enjoy the Outer Banks. Right next to the Duck Boardwalk you will find the 11 acres of natural beauty known as Duck Town Park. With trails through the maritime forest and willow swamp, open green space, sound side views, and access to the boardwalk, your day will be a complete adventure. The park amenities also include an amphitheater, public kayak and canoe launch, picnic shelter, playground, and gazebo.
